Haven't done much at all this week due to travel, work, birthday and tiredness.
Last session was a play on tuesday on that fluid ergometer thingy, first few mins today were really weird - missing the catch by 6 inches or more (legs driving before taking up the slack).
Anyway, had a pretty busy day at work today so decided to do 100m reps to help me unwind.

Not sure what I'll get done before I fly to Hong Kong on Wednesday, or how much I'll do when I'm out there for just over a week, but I don't think I can improve much more before the Welsh Champs on 4th december so it may require a sensible pacing strategy for once...
