Today's plan was a hard 500m.
Felt tired all day, and subsequently did not feel exactly 'up for it' but had a go anyway.

still faded in the last 80m or so despite allowing the rate to rise after 300m.

Got to be right in the body and mind for a flat out 500m. That's a SB only because I'm afraid of doing them and have difficulty completing them!!!
