Run Down and easing back into things

Last week was a nightmare in terms of not being able to train, long car journeys and not a lot of sleep - really feeling run down at the moment.

Plucked up enough energy to get in the gym and just do something for starters.

Lateral Raises
Concetration Curls

Not a lot, but enough to get a sweat on and remember what training's like. Must do more tomorrow, maybe a long slow plod with the PM4 covered up.
